- Tier I includes your standard slide show presentation in a Carlson classroom with food ordered in.
- Tier II is our most common event where we head to a local restaurant to socialize in a casual environment promoting the culture of the company. As the host, you have the opportunity to give a 10-20 minute presentation and highlight your firm for the entire evening.
- Tier III is simply, “If you can think it, we’ll make it happen”. This can be something such as rock wall climbing; golfing in the Carlson atrium; a cross-campus scavenger hunt; curling; a charter bus that transports everyone to your site for food and ComedySportz; or a simulated economic meltdown; the possibilities are endless.
